If you are not satisfied with your MeowMind reading, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email meowmindinfo@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase
2. Include the email address used for payment or your Stripe receipt number
3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Technical Failures

If a reading fails to generate due to a technical error, you will not be charged. Our system uses a generate-first, charge-on-success model — payment is only processed after a successful reading.
